Your pace. Your voice. Your way.
Being and Belonging is rooted in the belief that healing does not begin with changing who you are. It begins with being seen, accepted, and valued for who you already are. Too often, people learn to shrink themselves, mask their differences, or translate their experiences in order to fit in. This is especially true for many neurodivergent individuals.
Here, there is no expectation to be anything other than yourself. Your experiences are welcomed with curiosity and respect, your voice matters, and belonging is not conditional.
This is a space where being and belonging can exist together. Because when people feel safe enough to be themselves, healing and growth can follow.
